The warp for this handwoven scarf was inspired by a watercolor by Pamela Harnois, American contemporary artist. I used five glorious colors of pure silk: turquoise, blue, deep lavender, magenta and orange. Deep blue purple was used to highlight the tiny stripes of accent color that are between the larger stripes. The scarf was woven with turquoise silk, and the weaving pattern is a beautiful twill.
Fiber content: 100% silk
Measures approx. 12 x 74” excluding the 5 1/2” twisted fringe.
Care instructions: Hand washing recommended.
