The warp for this handwoven scarf was inspired by a watercolor. I used five glorious colors of pure silk: turquoise, blue, deep lavender, magenta and orange, Black was used to highlight the tiny stripes of accent color that are between the larger stripes. The scarf was woven with a deep blue purple silk, and the weaving pattern is a beautiful twill.
Fiber content: 100% silk
Measures approx. 12 x 71” excluding the 5 1/2” twisted fringe.
Care instructions: Hand washing recommended.
