Melting Ice Cotton & Rose Tencel Blanket/ Turquoise Weft
This handwoven blanket was created by using a rose tencel warp that was hand painted by Carr Park Artisans alternated with a gradation of solid cotton colors from left to right. The colors in the warp include a deep navy blue, deep turquoise, pale gray blue, silver and pale gray.
This blanket was woven with a deep turquoise cotton in a turned taqueté pattern. The color changes in the warp allow the shapes to appear and disappear long the length of the blanket.
The blankets are hemmed by hand. They are weighty and have a cozy drape. They would make a great lap blanket or a beautiful decoration on your sofa or the foot of your bed.
